This recipe comes from the creative (and I’m guessing occasionally tipsy) minds of The Casserole Queens.  These fun-loving ladies have a food delivery business in Austin, Texas, a New York Times Bestselling Cookbook, and a new web cooking show called The Casserole Queens, coming out June 30, 2012 on the YouTube™ Food Channel HUNGRY.

How they find time to drink is beyond me. Oh wait–that’s right–they work it into their cooking show.

In every episode–along with making savory dishes to feed a family–momma needs a drink. And in the first show, here’s what they make.

I guess this cocktail got its name because it is on the same show as the recipe for Lunch Lady Doris Spicy Mac and Cheese.

Milk Carton White Russian

6 oz. vodka
3 oz. coffee liqueur
3 oz. heavy cream
Pinch of cinnamon
Ice cubes

Directions

Fill cocktail shaker with ice, add in vodka, coffee liqueur and heavy cream. Shake! Pour cocktail into an old-fashioned glass filled with more ice. Add a pinch of cinnamon to each. Enjoy!

Serves: 4 (but it doesn’t have to)
