Smoked Salmon Bites
Mar 12th, 2011 | By Cecilia | Category: cook something, fish and seafoodIreland is an island, which means it’s surrounded by water, and in those waters are fishes–including salmon. This delicious recipe from Fadó Irish Pub and Restaurant gives home cooks another way to use the versatile Boxty, which is a savory potato pancake.
This dish looks beautiful and tastes even better. It’s easily expandable, and would be a hit at any cocktail party.
