Since baking her first batch of cookies at the age of six, Anna Ginsberg has continued to hone her home baking skills for the past 3 decades.

After putting her hobby to the test by entering national and local cook-offs, she returned to the kitchen to pursue less competitive and more relaxing baking pursuits.

However, during her highly competitive cooking past, Anna managed a home cook’s highest honor: she won the Pillsbury Bake-Off® in 2006 with her innovative Baked Chicken and Spinach Stuffing. Yes, this self-proclaimed sweets fanatic does cook and enjoy savory recipes, too.

Anna logs her kitchen activity on her website, Cookie Madness.

Her first cookbook, The Daily Cookie, will debut on November 6, 2012.

  1. I was also a finalist at the 2006 Pillsbury Bake-Off. Anna deserved to win!!!!

We have become internet buddies since the Bake-Off. Her blog and book should be everyone’s “go to” source for recipes.

  2. Thanks for dropping by, Carole. How fun to have a Pillsbury finalist and a winner visiting these pages. I love Anna’s book, and hope others discover it, too. Be well! Cecilia
